The 'Subscribe to our newsletter' option takes you directly to the mailchimp sign-up. I'm assuming that you'll want the option (right) with the name. Just let me know and I'm happy to put it on each page for you. It's kind of big, though. I actually like the blue one (above) as it's less intrusive.
